The Federal Sentencing Guidelines have become a de facto list of what the government wants a corporation to do in enforcement of law and ethics.

When Corporate-Ethics.US does an educational seminar, we do not simply put up a Power Point Presentation on screen and repeat aloud what it says.  If we have a PowerPoint presentation, it is a visual emphasis (we call them "learning emphasis") to a talk that uses other words and goes beyond the points of the learning emphasis.
